Then, we will evaluate your energy efficiency objectives, we can use cost savings estimator, we can amortize the conversion investment, relate it to your budget, compare your oil tank removal options, compare your options to deliver gas to the property from the gas mains, analyze your chimney requirements, venting options, and any other issue that will be involved to the complete oil to gas conversion.
We will evaluate your water heater and let you know what we think is the best alternative for you. We will repair your water heater if it makes sense to you economical and strategically. In some cases, we might find it’s more cost-effective to just replace the entire water heater. While it may be more costly upfront but could save you money in the long run by increasing efficiency and decreasing the number of repairs needed.
